Who can open a wholesale account?
Retail jewelers, galleries, boutiques, and online sellers with a valid resale or sales-tax certificate. Apply through the application form — we review every application personally and typically respond within a few business days.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums. Every piece is one of a kind, so buy exactly the pieces that fit your showcase.
Can I see prices without an account?
No — our full catalog, including wholesale pricing, is only visible to approved buyers.
Reserving pieces
How do holds work?
When you reserve pieces in the portal, they are exclusively held for you — no other buyer can claim them. Holds last 5 days; if we have not arranged payment by then, the hold releases automatically and the pieces return to the open catalog.
Every piece is one of a kind — what does that mean for reorders?
There are no reorders of a specific piece. Similar styles recur, but each stone is unique. Buyers with accounts are notified when new batches drop, and holds are first come, first served.
What happens after I place a hold?
We confirm by email and send an invoice. Once payment is arranged, we mark the pieces sold and ship them to you insured.
Payment & shipping
How do I pay?
By invoice after your reservation is confirmed. We accept wire transfer and major cards; payment details are included on the invoice.
How is jewelry shipped?
Fully insured within the USA, with tracking and signature confirmation. International arrangements on request.
Shows
Do you sell at wholesale shows?
Yes — we exhibit at two wholesale shows each year. During show weeks, much of our inventory travels with us and appears in the portal as "show hold." Anything reserved before the show stays reserved for you.
